New A Life, Still Submission!

These moments are often evoked by something as simple as a scent, shape, sound, or color. And while these remembered moments might be small or mundane, so much so that it seems impossible we even recall them, I believe this is what makes them so special. They are a part of you because they are still, even when everything else around you is not.
Short Bio My name is Katie Murray and I am a BFA candidate in photography and graphic design at East Carolina University. I am from Boston, Massachusetts. Photography and graphic design are both ways in which I learn, observe, understand, and form ideas about the world. My work is about what excites me, what interests me, what scares me, what impacts me, what I appreciate, and what I’m curious about. I love what I get to study and learn every day. As I continue growing as an artist and a designer, I hope to create something meaningful that others can reflect upon and connect with.
